Unfortunately They Promise Services They Cannot Deliver!~

Indigital Communications as far as I know has been in the Fort Wayne area for a few years now offering businesses local phone and data services. I experienced as a business owner first hand what it's like to be promised a service that could not be delivered. On top of the over promise, the customer service I received from Indigital was less than poor. In fact, that was the most discerning fact in this unsatisifactory business relationship. I would recommend to any business owner to be causious when reviewing phone and data services with this company and to make sure to get other local ISP providers to bid on services as well.
